"Tiger's Eye" spun from a Loop batt . . .but what I'm really excited about is . . .

They came. . . with five big LOUD noise making trucks and rigs and many men with cigarettes and cigars standing around for seven hours. The power was turned off for hours, causing me a lot of worry about the fish tank. I covered it with wool blankets, and ran home from work as soon as the power was back to uncover it.
The night before I made some marks of my own. It's a bad carving, as I had a dull knife, it was dark and raining, and I was afraid of being caught, but I know it's my moon mark near the top

And, before they came, Moon and I made a point of touching the tip top and sitting on the end. Now, as we go by, we say in passing,
"You know I touched the top of that pole",
"Once I sat on the top of that pole" or
"There happens to be a moon carved up there".
